Use of StrikeRule
The rules, responsibilities, and limitations that govern your use of StrikeRule. You are responsible for your trades. StrikeRule helps you evaluate them.

1. Description of Service
StrikeRule is a software platform designed to help users track trades, define trading rules, and evaluate rule compliance.
StrikeRule is a tool for analysis and self-evaluation. It does not execute trades or connect to brokerage accounts.
2. No Financial or Investment Advice
StrikeRule does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
All content, analysis, and outputs are for informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your trades
- Your investment decisions
- Any gains or losses
Use of StrikeRule does not guarantee results or performance improvement.
3. User Responsibilities
By using StrikeRule, you agree:
- To provide accurate information when entering trades
- To use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not to misuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse engineer the service
- Not to share your account access with others
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
StrikeRule offers a subscription-based service.
- Pricing is displayed on the website or within the app
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment details.
5. Free Usage
StrikeRule may offer limited free usage (e.g., first 10 trades).
We reserve the right to modify or remove free usage at any time.
6. No Guarantees
StrikeRule makes no guarantees regarding:
- Trading performance
- Profitability
- Accuracy of outcomes
Past performance or analysis does not predict future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrikeRule is not liable for:
- Financial losses
- Trading losses
- Missed opportunities
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of StrikeRule is at your own risk.
8. Data and Availability
We strive to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Data accuracy in all cases
You are responsible for verifying your own trade data.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the platform
- Engage in unlawful activity
You may also terminate your account at any time.
10. Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable. StrikeRule does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to use the service.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and features of StrikeRule are owned by us and protected by law.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of StrikeRule after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
